RIO’s Skagit Cheaters are a short tip for converting an interchangeable tip WindCutter into a Skagit head or for balancing the Skagit Spey line to rod length.
For a WindCutter line, simply replace the floating Tip 2 with the appropriate Cheater and attach either a 15 ft sink tip or T14.Package of 4 with one each 5 ft and 10 ft Floating and Intermediate Tips Available in WindCutter sizes 6/7/8 to 10/11/12.
