Thank you for your purchase. The equipment you now have is manufactured to the highest standards and is backed by Guide's One Year Warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, and is limited to the original owner.

Vision tackle is covered by Visions guarantee of five years from the date of purchase. Guide Flyfishing operate the guarantee in the UK & Ireland on behalf of Vision.

Redington tackle is covered by a lifetime guarantee. Guide Flyfishing operate the guarantee in the UK & Ireland on behalf of Redington.

Guide Flyfishing One Year Guarantee
One Year is defined by twelve months from the date of purchase. In the case of a fault arrising the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent stock. The product warranty must be returned or registered within 30 days of purchase.
In the event of a claim return the product with a print out of this form or the original Guarantee Card and proof of purchase directly to Guide Flyfishing. We will do everything possible to replace or repair the product. guide operate the warranty on behalf of principles in the UK and Ireland. This guarantee does not affect your statatory consumer rights. Guide Flyfishing will make a nominal handling returns charge.

Vision Rod & Reel Five Year Guarantee
Vision warrant that in the case of breakage for whatever reason, your Vision rod will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model, during the first five years after purchase, applicable only to the original purchaser. There is a nominal charge of £15.00 / €25.00 on Intro/3 Zone Rods and £30.00 / €45.00 on Extreme and all Salmon Rods to cover handling and carriage.
This guarantee applies to aluminium reels only and excludes 3Zone and Superlight Graphic reels. Vision warrant that in the case of a reel being found defective due to materials or workmanship, your vision reel will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model, during the first five years after purchase, applicable only to the original purchaser. There is a nominal charge of £5.00 / €10.00 to cover handling and carriage. Should failure occur due to neglect or misuse, there will be a repair charge, with replacement parts being charged at cost.
In the event of having to make a claim, the rod or reel must be returned to Guide Flyfishing together with a guarantee card or a print out of the this form and original invoice or receipt from the retailer. Together with a cheque, postal order or credit cards as specified above to cover handling and carriage.

Redington Rod & Reel Lifetime Guarantee
Redington warrant that in the case of breakage for whatever reason, your Redington rod will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model, during the lifetime of the original owner. There is a nominal £5.00 / €25.00 to cover handling and carriage.

Together with a cheque, postal order or credit card details as specified above to cover handling and carriage. This does not affect your statatory rights.
